WHAT TO BRING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Your Passport
We do upfront medicals and will provide you with a NZER# (New Zealand Reference Number) for your application.
A LIST of your medications (NAME and DOSAGE)
Payment in Cash, Debit and Credit Card Only. (There is a $1 charge for debit cards, and a 3% service charge fee for credit card usage.)

11 to 14	$250
Under 11	$150

(All fees are in Canadian Dollars and includes taxes, x-ray & lab.)

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER THE APPOINTMENT

Please do not phone our office as the results will be sent directly to immigration online via e-medical within one week. You will only be contacted by us if the results are abnormal.
